1. Who we are
ADS DataHub is a field data collection and project monitoring platform operated by Kings Creation. We provide organizations with tools to build forms, collect data online and offline, manage participants, and generate reports.
2. Data we collect
Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and organization. Usage data: submissions and answers collected through your organization's forms, which may include participant information such as names, phone numbers, ID numbers, dates of birth, location, and photos or audio you choose to capture. Technical data: device type, browser, and approximate location (GPS) when a form requests it.
3. How we use your data
We process your data to provide the service: to store and sync your submissions, generate dashboards and exports, send account and notification emails, and maintain the security of the platform. We do not sell your data and do not use your collected field data for advertising.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies to keep you signed in and local browser storage (IndexedDB) to enable offline data collection on your device. These are necessary for the service to function.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of processors to deliver the service: Cloudinary for media storage, an email provider for transactional messages, and optionally Sentry for error monitoring and an AI provider if your organization enables AI features. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their function.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your organization's data is retained for as long as the account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us. Offline data is stored in your browser until it is synced.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), scrypt password hashing, role-based access controls, and per-organization data isolation. Media is delivered via signed, time-limited URLs.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to reasonable requests within 30 days.
