ADS DataHub is a platform for building forms, collecting data online and offline, managing participants, reviewing submissions, and exporting reports. Features may change over time as the service is improved.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the data your organization collects. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent to collect and process the data you gather, including any personal or sensitive information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to collect data without consent, or to attempt to access data belonging to other organizations. Accounts are for your organization's authorized users only.
5. Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADS DataHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
